Looking for a Verizon wire ready cell phone

I'm look for a Verizon ready phone or unlocked phone for my mother I bought her a iPhone 4S and she hates. She wants either a flip style (newer) but if older style is in good shape and wirking that will work to. She does want a smart phone but if could find a slider phone I'd be interested in either one.
